SUMMER 2026 ISSUE—QUARTERLY UPDATE
This is a Continuing Education Renewal Year
In addition to CE credits in chiropractic subjects, the legislature requires two credit hours in Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting. Newly licensed chiropractors are required to complete three hours. Details of the requirement are on the State Board of Chiropractic website. We recommend the online course through the University of Pittsburgh. It is approved by the State Board, available at www.reportabusepa.pitt.edu. Your previous sign-in and password are still valid for 2026. The course is now a timed course and can be completed with as many pauses as needed. Upon completion they will automatically forward the credits to the State Board of Chiropractic. As always, you will need your chiropractic license number and the last four digits of your Social Security number for proper processing.
The three hours of credit for this course may be applied towards the 24 credit hours due by September 1, 2026.
For those offices with X-ray tubes, four hours of radiation safety are due every four years. The Fellowship offered their X-ray safety course in 2025 and will offer the next program in 2029 to be consistent with the four year rotation.
How to Renew Your License in 2026
License renewal is accomplished online. Expect an Email from the State Board around July 1, 2026 from [email protected]. It will come to the Email address that you last used to renew your license in 2024.
You will need your previous PALS credentials to access and process your license renewal. They will require malpractice information and an attestation of completion of the required 24 hours of CE approved by the Chiropractic Board. Payment will be required using a credit card.
Our Summit Collaboration with the PCA was a great success!
Back in May we worked with the PCA to bring you an event at the Kalahari Resort in the Poconos. The event was sold out as was the vendor area. It was a record-setting event for the PCA and the CfoP helped to raise the attendance and enthusiasm. We had a few of our members as CE speakers and brought in Dr. Edwin Cordero as the keynote speaker. Our group felt very welcome and received many compliments on our efforts. The future of our profession in Pa depends on our ability to collaborate with the PCA as they have much larger membership and resources. As we have gotten to know them theyare very much like us but our strength in philosophy is something that they are lacking.
We have already begun working with the PCA for next year's Chiro Summit at 7 Springs Resort in Champion, Pa. The dates will be April 30-May 2 2027. We will be looking to once again include our own block of speakers to offer CE from the Fellowship perspective. If you or someone you know would like to step up and provide an hour of CE content we would be happy to include you in the event. Please reach out to Dr. Jeffrey Wack or Kevin Jackson if you are available.

Dear Colleagues,
I’m writing to urgently request that you watch a powerful film that will forever change how you see the health of our children. It will put in perspective the alarming erosion of parental rights in California, New York, Connecticut, and other states where vaccines are mandated for school attendance.
The film is An Inconvenient Study, available free on YouTube; alternatively, click here to view it. Produced by Emmy Award Winner, Del Bigtree, it premiered last year at the Malibu Film Festival and exposes one of the most controversial challenges of modern medical history.
The Challenge: A True Vaccinated versus Unvaccinated Study
Bigtree challenged a leading pro-vaccine researcher at Henry Ford Health, a research hospital in Detroit, MI, to conduct the most thorough retrospective study ever performed comparing the health of vaccinated versus unvaccinated children.
The doctor and his team agreed—and promised to publish the results no matter what they found .
Alarming Health Outcomes for the Vaccinated; Researcher Backtracks, and Refuses to Publish the Results of the Study
In this Henry Ford study, vaccinated children had rates of chronic conditions 143% to 800% higher than unvaccinated children.
Vaccinated children have six times the risk of having neurodevelopmental disorders, autoimmunity, or asthma attacks.
They have a 9X risk of anaphylaxis and almost 8X risk of peanut allergy.
No ADHD, tics, or behavioral disabilities were found in the unvaccinated group. Zero.
Despite assurances at the outset, Henry Ford Health has refused to publish this groundbreaking research paper.
Last year, Del Bigtree flew to Detroit and sat down for dinner with Dr. Marcus Zervos, the principal investigator on the study.
Del secretly filmed the entire conversation. When pressed on whether he understood the catastrophic health implications for millions of children worldwide, the doctor admitted that he did.
Del asked him why he wouldn’t publish. Zervos replied:
“I’M NOT A GOOD MAN.”
An Inconvenient Study is the film that proves what so many parents have long suspected: the data exists, the risks are real, and powerful institutions are choosing silence over science.
It is Critical to Restore Choice Around Vaccination
That’s why, for six years, I have supported Free Now Foundation — California’s leading medical freedom nonprofit. A legal win in California will be huge. It could impact parental rights nationwide.
Two asks from us:
1. Watch the film today. Share it with your patients, your community, your colleagues, and your family. Then, join us in taking real action.
2. This September in Northern California – join Alix and me for a rare opportunity to meet Del Bigtree in person at Free Now Foundation’s annual Northern California fundraiser, and support their legal work while listening to one of today’s most inspiring speakers, and have fun with like-minded medical freedom supporters.
We must stop vaccine mandates in California so that school attendance mandates can be lifted in other states as well and not spread any further.
Watch An Inconvenient Study .
Support Free Now Foundation.
Be part of the solution.
With urgency and gratitude,
David H. Cauble, DC
